Enhanced Reporting Capabilities Bring Site Specific Data
to Multi-Location Operations
Atlanta, GA – June 2011 – Last month we introduced you to some of the valuable reporting capabilities of our new ERP quality invoicing system.
This month we want to share another sample report from some of our recycling customers. This report illustrates how we’re helping them to not only save money by reducing the volume of waste going into the landfill but also by carefully monitoring the waste and recycling volume not just at the location level but all the way down to the container level.

In this example, each container is identified by size and location. Service is sorted by date and then the volume of materials in the container is included in the report.
When reviewing the report you’ll notice the units column which measures the quantity of containers serviced on that date at a particular facility. Then the next column describes tonnage recovered from a particular container or group of containers. A formula is used to convert yardage, pounds, gallons and other units of measure to per ton measurement. This allows a customer the ability to more accurately track success of their recycling program.
Through the creation and careful monitoring of reports just like these, we’re able to work closely with our clients to optimize their service levels, keep the cost of their waste removal under control and decrease their negative impact on the environment.
This is just one more example of the many different customized reporting solutions we’re providing to our waste and recycling clients. If having more detailed information would help your organization improve the management of waste and help achieve other environmental objectives, please contact Matt Stien to discuss a customized approach.
